LAST RACE DAY OF THE SEASON, HALLOWILD SATURDAY, OCT 24

The decision has been made not to reschedule the Terry Stumpf 1/8-mile Challenge in 2009. "The fall weather has been very poor this year, said Dan Driscoll, we are not in a financial position to host a major payout race in conditions that are likely to be unfavorable and create a poor showing" he continued.

The last race at Cedar Falls Raceway for the 2009 season is the Hallowild Event on Saturday, Oct 24. Gates will open at 10 AM with racing underway at 11 AM. In addition to open test-n-tune, there will be a gamblers money class, a junior dragster race and the final points race for the open comp. Of course, we will have lots of other activities including an adult and kids costume contest, trick or treating and an all new trailer decorating contest. Special prizes will be awarded.

Plan on a great final race day of 2009 including food and beverage specials at CFR. Also, don't forget your costume! See ya there.
